Bridesmaids or Brides Not Made

I love Saturday Night Live especially maya rudolph and kristin wigg. so i went to see bridesmaid luckily at a $3 dollar discount theater.. Wilson Phillips Hit Song "Hold On" Plays a big role in this film... 20 minutes into this film i still didint know what was happining who i should care about etc.. maya & Kristen have an amazing like girlfriend funny quirky chemistry but again its like SNL its cute for 5 minutes ...every silly moment or joke seemed to just go on way too long and repeat itself every 6 minutes ...i truly didny care that anyone was getting married & why or loved them as to invest me in their lifes ..everything was superficial bad timing -no true deep moral or emotional story etc.. and this is the first 30 minutes ..no wonder the song "Hold On" Is so important cause i told myself to hold on it will get better ...But to no avail the jokes got grosser and dumber as it went on ...one acting bright spot was Melissa Mcarthy (The Fat Girl) from the great Tv Show Mike & Molly ...in a world of just bad jokes and gross humor she stood out as the best of the worst enjoyable to watch the comedy but her charectr still sadly had no drama ..cause it was never written ..Thanks Kristen & Apatow & Mummillo
please take some drama classes instead of improv... but to sum it all up its like a SNL Sketch funny for 5Minutes and then they redo it every week but in this case every minute..
some laughs but too many tears i didnt leave after the tittle..

sorry kristen & maya ...better luck next time

  1. I actually thought this movie was quite funny. Sometimes, it is better to leave out some of the serious stuff for other types of movies. I like love comedy/drama movies in one package. I love horror movies in another without comedy most of the time. And I love cheesy funny movies like this one in another. It's like watching Family Guy. I find the humor on that show to be repetitive, but sometimes that's what makes it so funny. :)
