Ok by now you all know i have no educational writing or review skills --my brain is wired obscure
i do love films so thats why i do these reviews--just an honest opinion in simple terms
Green lantern what can i say i knew nothing about the world of them except that they are a comic book series from dc comics..i do love most super hero comics etc.. but for this i am no fanboy
But i am know --i went into the movie thinking omg Ryan Reynelds the idiot waiter from : Waiting & the stupid boyfriend from some romantic comedys & the oooh so bad villian in Origins:Wolverine
i was so afraid of overacting & dumb comedy from this flick..but to my surprise he really has learned to tone it down..the movie was confussing in the beginning as they try to tell the origins of the green lantern corps in 2 minutes.but lkyly i had some sleep and was paying attention ..and after the movie gets rolling its pretty cool learning about this new found world of guardians and how they come to light & protect..the enemy parralex was pretty cool although by the end its clear he had a hand in all the evil in the universes ..like most movies most of the big action and finale sequences happen on earth so they can save on CGI ETC.. SEE THOR-TRANSFORMERS ANY 80'S OR 90'S Superhero movies...but very well done plus the ended the actuall movie in space see spoiler midway through end credits. I Actually was entertained and want a sequel badly..the story is freesh & new to me ..so i say go see it and just enjoy sci-fi superhero goodness.. i still think Super8 is the best movie this year so far see review below..
this movie will make around 60-65 Million Opening weekend --lets see
